Pakistan's Organisation for Youth Civic Leadership

Youth Leaders Parliament (YLP) is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to developing the civic capacity, legislative understanding, and leadership character of Pakistan's young generation.

Founded in 2017, YLP operates year-round through a national network of city chapters — running parliamentary training, leadership bootcamps, policy research fellowships, school outreach, and our flagship Annual Parliament.

Welcome to Youth Leaders Parliament. Our organisation has been built on the belief that Pakistan's youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow — they are the voices of today. At YLP, we create spaces where young people learn, debate, and grow into the civic leaders our nation needs.

YLP runs year-round programmes designed to develop every dimension of civic and political leadership in young Pakistanis.

Annual Parliament
Pakistan's largest youth parliamentary simulation. 2,000+ delegates, 22 committees, four days of legislation and debate.

Leadership Bootcamps
Intensive 3-day residential bootcamps across 12 cities covering public speaking, legislative drafting, and civic advocacy.

Policy Fellowship
A 6-month competitive fellowship for university students to conduct original policy research on Pakistan's pressing issues.

School Outreach
YLP volunteers deliver civic education sessions, mock debates, and career mentorship to students in 200+ schools nationwide.

Paid and unpaid placements with YLP, partner NGOs, government offices, and think tanks — building governance experience.
